This simple bolt-on upgrade increases the heating capacity of your Monster-Ram intake by adding either a 750-watt or 1,500-watt high-performance Banks coil heater. Depending on your existing Monster-Ram configuration, this upgrade can increase total heating output to 1,500 watts or 2,250 watts, providing faster intake air heating and improved cold-weather starting performance.

Unlike the factory Cummins grid heater—which has become well known for failures that can result in catastrophic engine damage—Banks engineered its coil heater technology to fail safely, eliminating the risk of hardware entering the engine while delivering reliable cold-start performance.
