How to Identify the Correct Sensor

If you touch the sensor wire to the chassis and:
- Temp gauge reads full scale → You need SW-2328 / F1SZ-10884-A
- Temp gauge does nothing → You likely need DOZZ-10884-A

There is also a visual difference:
- Green ring around the electrical pin = F1SZ-10884-A / SW-2328
- Red ring around the electrical pin = DOZZ-10884-A

The colored ring can be difficult to see on sensors that have been installed for many years, so testing the wire is often the easiest way to confirm.
