This direct bolt-in replacement increases fuel capacity from the factory 31-gallon tank to a massive 56 gallons, giving you approximately 25 additional gallons of fuel capacity and the ability to travel over 1,000 miles between fill-ups.
Perfect for towing, long-distance travel, overlanding, and work trucks, the S&B tank helps eliminate frequent fuel stops while maximizing unused space beneath your truck.

This tank is engineered to work properly with high-flow diesel pumps found at truck stops and commercial fueling stations.

Important Notes:
- Fuel gauge will function normally
- Distance-to-empty calculation will NOT be accurate due to larger tank size
- Gauge may remain on “Full” for the first 8–10 gallons used
- Factory sending unit & float are reused
- Auxiliary Fuel Tank Warning
IMPORTANT: Do NOT use gravity feed or electronically controlled transfer tanks that can overfill the S&B tank.
Overfilling can:
- Cause rollover valves to close prematurely
- Create excess tank pressure
- Cause leaks or tank failure
- Void the S&B warranty
- This warning applies to both S&B and OEM diesel fuel tanks.
